Check-in
Here you find how to reach the apartment and what to do once inside. Access codes stay private and are sent only after your booking and documents have been confirmed.
Self check-in from 4:30 pm to 11:00 pm. For later arrivals just let us know in advance. After midnight there is a flat 20 euro surcharge for night assistance. The surcharge covers night assistance and the identity check of the guests on first entry, which we carry out through the video surveillance system.
Once the documents have been checked, you receive the private instructions to get in on your own.

Do not leave the keys in the inside lock and do not use the inner lock of the security door.
The door must be openable in an emergency or by rescue services. The entrance is under 24-hour video surveillance.
Smoking is not allowed in the apartment. Penalties may apply in case of violation.
Only the people listed in the booking and registered with the Italian police (Alloggiati Web portal) may come in. Bringing in anyone else is not allowed.
